Shadow Cats Box Lacrosse FAQ
What is box lacrosse?
Box lacrosse is a fast-paced version of lacrosse played indoors or on a smaller enclosed field.
Who can participate?
Shadow Cats welcomes youth players of various ages and skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.
Do players need prior experience?
No. Coaches help new players learn the fundamentals while experienced players continue building their skills.
What equipment is required?
Players need standard lacrosse equipment, including a helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, mouthguard and stick. See the full Equipment page for details.
Where are practices and games held?
Locations vary by program. Current schedules and facility details are shared during registration.
