Payment & Missed-Session Policy

How Payment Works

After you register, we will follow up with a PayPal payment link or invoice for your player's package — full season, pick six, or drop-in. We ask that payment be made before your player's first paid session; your player's first session is always free, regardless of payment status.

Missed Sessions

Full season and pick six packages are priced for the season, not per session — missing a session doesn't reduce what's owed and doesn't automatically carry over as a credit or a make-up session. We understand life happens; if your player is going to miss an extended stretch (illness, injury, travel), email us and we'll work with you.

Drop-in sessions are pay-as-you-go, so a missed drop-in session simply isn't charged.

Outstanding Balances

If a balance is past due, we'll reach out directly rather than pulling a player from a session. We would always rather talk to a family about a payment problem than surprise them at the door.
