Tryouts
Earn Your Spot.
Tryouts are held twice a year — Fall and Spring. Every player who registers gets a fair look. Placement is based on skill, effort, and fit, not prior experience alone.
Fall Season
Late August
Fall tryouts kick off the season. Dates, times, and locations are emailed to all registered players and posted here once confirmed.
Dates TBA — register to be notifiedSpring Season
Late January
Spring tryouts open the second season of the year. Same format — open to all registered players, all skill levels.

Warm-Up & Drills
Individual skill stations — catching, passing, shooting, ground balls. Coaches evaluate fundamentals and coachability.
Small-Sided Games
3-on-3 and 4-on-4 in the box. This is where decision-making, effort, and on-ball play get evaluated under real game conditions.
Team Placement
Coaches meet after tryouts. Players are notified of their team placement within 48 hours by email.
What to Bring
- ✓ Lacrosse stick — box or field stick is fine
- ✓ Helmet & gloves — required. Arm pads and shoulder pads strongly recommended
- ✓ Athletic shoes or cleats — box turf or gym shoes work
- ✓ Water bottle — stay hydrated, especially in summer
- ✓ Registration confirmation — you must be registered before attending tryouts
Equipment loaners are available for Beginner Clinic participants only. Contact us in advance if you need one.
New to Lacrosse?
The Beginner Clinic and U12 program do not require tryouts — all registered players are placed. If your child is 8–12 and has never played, register and we'll take it from there.
