ShadowCats fields teams for boys and girls from Beginner through Varsity. Every level is coached with the same intensity — the only difference is where you are in the journey.
Varsity Men
High School · Grades 9–12Top-tier competition for experienced male players. Game film, advanced tactics, and a tryout-based roster.
Varsity Women
High School · Grades 9–12Top-tier competition for experienced female players. Game film, advanced tactics, and a tryout-based roster.
JV Men
Grades 7–10Intermediate competition for male players building toward varsity. Strong emphasis on fundamentals under game pressure.
JV Women
Grades 7–10Intermediate competition for female players building toward varsity. Strong emphasis on fundamentals under game pressure.
U16
Ages 14–16Competitive youth play with a focus on position-specific skills and in-box decision making.
U14
Ages 12–14Structured team play introducing defensive systems, set plays, and transition offense.

Ages 10–12Foundation skills in a small-sided, high-touch environment. More reps, more fun, more development.
